FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Will I get a proof for my lovey first?

No. Proofs are sent for stuffed animals only
We show every letter of every font in each description. You can view every letter of the name you want sewn ahead of time. If we feel the font does not look good in your name, we will reach out to you.

• I put in the wrong address, can you change it for me?

No. If you have typed in the wrong address, you must request an order cancellation, and reorder putting in correct ship to address.

• My item has not arrived.

Once your item is mailed out BrandedByYou is not responsible for mail delivery. I repeat, I AM NOT responsible for refunding lost packages. You can file a claim with the postal service if you choose priority shipping which includes insurance. 

• What is ONE single name?

Example: Emma is one single name, if the name is Emma Jo, that is two names. If you choose single name option and write 2 names, we will contact you and not proceed until we hear from you.
