These pre-themed Pillow Cases are Made-To-Order. That means when you order this special pillow, the embroidery personalization is stitched just for you, and the pillow case is assembled. The design is on both sides, not just one. The seams are surged for a clean finish, with reinforced corners, because no one likes a hole in the corner of their pillow case.
You are not purchasing the fabric. You are paying for my services to make an item with licensed printed fabric. Services include labor, thread, elastic, wear and tear on my sewing machines.

The approximate size of the Toddler/Travel Pillow Case is 13" x 20". The Pillow insert is 12" X 16". They are great for long trips on the road, daycare or transitioning your little one to a toddler bed. They also make great Birthday or Baby Shower gifts. Pillow is included!

Custom/Personalized orders are made at time of purchase and require 7 - 10 business days to ship. In most cases, the items ship with 1 - 3 days.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
If the item is personalized, I cannot accept a return. If an error is made on my behalf, I will gladly make it right. For other items not personalized, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt and issue a refund once I receive the item back (at buyers expense) and the item is in the same condition as when I shipped. I will not refund shipping costs.
How to order - PLEASE read the listing before you order
Font Styles - Monogram Styles - Lettering Styles
I do not use heat press or vinyl. Everything is embroidered. Refer to the photo of the sample font style chart in each listing to see samples of the lettering font styles that are available for that item.
I embroider monograms in the exact order as you give them to me. I don't rearrange letters, so be sure the letters are in correct monogram order. If you are unsure of what order the letters go, please ask before ordering.
Size charts are typically located in with the product photos. Please contact me before ordering if you have questions regarding the size of any item.

Can I see a proof of my monogram before you start?
Yes! I am happy to provide a monogram proof after an order is placed. A proof is a digital picture showing you the monogram you requested in the font style you selected on a white background. Please request a proof in your instructions when you order. I do not provide a proof before an order is placed. If you request a proof, it will be emailed to you here on Etsy. Once I send the proof you will need to email me back with an approval or a change request. Failure to do so may delay your order. Check your inbox if you have requested a proof.
